Addison Lee are London's largest minicab, courier, chauffeur and coach company. They have a fleet of over 1800 people carriers and transport more than 140,000 people around London every week.
Implementing technology in innovative ways to enhance their customer’s booking and journey experience lies at the heart of Addison Lee’s strategy.
Working closely with Addison Lee we have delivered a range of sophisticated solutions that are integrated closely with their core business technology. The business objectives behind these projects include: increasing brand awareness, improving customer acquisition rates and reducing the internal cost per booking by driving more bookings online.
Content Management System
The new corporate website for Addison Lee is built on the Roxxor CMS platform which allows the Addison Lee editorial team full control over what gets published and when.
Banners
The themed banners which appear throughout the site offer a rich user experience and allow page themed imagery and corporate messages to be displayed as required. The banners are created in Flash and are fully content manage driven via a CMS platform, bespoke built by Roxxor.
Systems Integration
We were commissioned by Addison Lee to build a web booking platform that could handle cash and credit card payments.
The web booking platform is fully integrated with Addison Lee’s back office dispatch system. It incorporates dynamic address lookups, vehicle location mapping and payment processing.
The online booking platform currently handles over 5,000 bookings a month.
Online Marketing
Roxxor work closely with Addison Lee’s marketing team to help promote the services they offer, strengthen brand awareness and to drive bookings through the web based booking platform.
We achieve this by adopting an integrated online marketing approach which incorporates Pay-Per-Click advertising and Search Engine Optimisation.
Performance Measurement
Roxxor help Addison Lee measure the performance of their entire online portfolio by embracing and integrating the latest analytics technologies.
