Approach
The way we tackle it
We work with a wide range of clients on a wide range of projects. Clients vary in their requirements and how they wish to approach their project, so we maintain a totally flexible approach to working.
The Roxxor Approach
We've quite a number of years under our belt at roxxor working with software design and analysis methodologies from traditional up-front methods to more recent agile iterative methods.
The trouble with these methodologies is that one size does not fit all. So we devised our own methodology that is simple, based on picking the best bits of industry methods and above all is as flexible as you need it to be.

Without putting you to sleep, the approach is based on a more agile method than traditional. In order to build your project, 3 processes will be iterated over again and again until you're happy.
The Agile Loop
The premise of the agile loop is to provide you with regular and continuous builds of your system. The broader goals of your project are implemented quickly at regular milestones so that you may play often. The benefits of this approach are;
- You're happy that you see your project quickly and regularly
- Changes to requirements are easy to factor in
- Increased regular communication means your expectations will be met
Different projects will be of different complexity too. A business branding website will present different challenges to a fully-fledged web application, and we will tailor the approach to your project and needs, so don't worry if this all sounds a bit over the top!
It's aLive!
When your system is ready for the wild our involvement does not stop. We have an interest in making sure your system is deployed to a stable platform and that it's sufficiently documented for usage.
We will also monitor internal feedback from your system to ensure it's running smoothly and can provide statistics if required on system qualititive measures such as up-time, response rate and so fourth.
Finally, we'll be on hand for when you need to change your system, re-engaging in the agile loop to define, build and play with enhancements and new features.
